Yesterday the Horatio Roaring Lion Marching Band participated in the Class 3A ASBOA State Marching Assessment. Horatio was one of 22 Class 3A bands in the state that scored an "Excellent" or "Superior" rating in order to qualify for the state marching assessment.
I would like to congratulate all of our students on a job well done representing Horatio at the state level. Our senior band members performed one final time in a Horatio uniform and we will miss them next year. I would also like to thank all of the supporters of the band program. Our administration, faculty, and community have gone above and beyond for our band students and I am more than thankful. It is GREAT day to be a Horatio Lion" -Mr. Stover
