Welcome to the Horatio High School FCCLA Chapter Website! The Horatio FCCLA is a part of Arkansas FCCLA District V. Our chapter has been a part of the FCCLA organization since 2000. During that time, we have had multiple accomplishments. Even though we are a small town, we all have a big heart to help our community.
